Space Curating with Sawsan Haber  

Ever wondered how interior styling is mastered so perfectly? We sat down with Sawsan Chammas Haber, interior architect and space creator, to share her wisdom on the art form. Founder of Dipiugi, luxury interior design studio, Sawsan learnt her craft at a young age and has since refined her aesthetic of timeless elegance. Welcoming us into her home, she tells us how she implements her skilled craft to curate beautiful spaces.  

A Passion to Create 

Finding inspiration to create can start with the simple embrace of joie de vivre and extend far beyond the home. “Nature is my number one inspiration and all the passion I have goes and starts from there,” says Sawsan. Whether it’s the curves of ocean waves that imitate a Daum vase or the branches of coral that reflects a Jonathan Adler bowl, each piece is carefully chosen to reinterpret this beauty.

Reflections of Light 

“I believe creating beautiful spaces is a combination of many things, knowing how to blend shapes and colours together, and understanding how the objects reflect in different lights,” says Sawsan. Combining pieces from Reflections Copenhagen and Lalique into her home, she shines a spotlight on the unique beauty of crystal.

A Statement Style 

Harnessing a style that matches your character is essential to perfecting the art of interior design. “When I create, I create luxury that lasts. I call it timeless elegance,” says Sawsan. Her home matches her soul and character, implementing statement pieces such as the impressive Tiger Mask by Lladro. “In each room you should have something that is calling, something bold that is saying I am here, look at me,” she says.
